Mark Vogel is a graduate of the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. He also has a BA in economics and Master's and Doctorate degrees in psychology. Over the past two decades he has worked as a waiter, bartender, chef and manager in an array of restaurants. Currently he is a culinary instructor and food writer. Pascal Fernand: Passionné de vin, depuis plusieurs années, Pascal Fernand n’a cessé d’implanter à travers le Canada des dizaines de nouvelles marques de commerce de viticulteurs français. Normal, il a grandi dans le sud de la France et dès l’âge de 6 ans, faisait les vendanges avec sa famille. Pascal Fernand connaît les vins, leur histoire et le bar Jazz le plus près. Pascal est convaincu et convainquant en œnologie. Sa manière d’en parler vin est une route passionnante, à suivre.
